Today I took a day off and traveled with my wife to Ioujima Island in Nagasaki.
At the restaurant where we had dinner, there was a Nagasaki sake drinking contest, so we tried some 🍶.
First up was the Reimei Junmai Ginjo!
This is not an Okinawan sake 😁.
It has a rich sweetness, bitterness and spiciness.
The sweetness is not fruity but more like a Japanese sweet.
This brand is new to me but quite tasty 🥰.
