Refreshing aroma ✨Melon type 🍈Pungent bitterness. A little bit of gin and whiskey. The bamboo shoots give it a nice crispy flavor with a hint of sweetness. The squid and carrots (🦑🥕) are well balanced with spicy-sweet flavor. The sweetness is calmed down by the morokyu (a type of Japanese cucumber). Kitakata soy sauce ramen to finish off the meal.

Aizu Otokoyama times.
Sake made with Yume-no-Ko (aroma of dreams) and squeezed in the tank.
It was lightly cloudy and fresh with a firm, robust flavor.
The second half had a lingering, refreshing aftertaste, with a bit of milkiness.
It was a sake that could be enjoyed with a different flavor if it is laid down for a while.
