ラル大佐
Souvenir from a friend who went on a trip to Akita.
She stopped by Hinomaru Brewery and was recommended by the brewer.
The top-tasting aroma is moist and mild, with a sense of alcohol in the back.
The first sip has a light sweet and sour taste, followed by a strong rice flavor. The aftertaste is alcoholic, but the impression is that it is more persuasive. The final taste is crisp with bitterness and a slight astringency.
I see, it is indeed a dry version of mansaku no hana. It is Hinomaru-san's typical dry taste. It's a real umakara😋.
Thank you very much for the meal!
