Purchased at a liquor store in front of Aomori Station
We stayed at Ryubizaki, so we looked for a sake shop a little closer to the city, and here we are!
The brewery is in Hirosaki, but they use water from Mt.
I wonder what KANITA has to do with it (laughs).
It was a little too cold, so I thought it would be crisp and dry, but as the temperature rose, it became mellower and fuller, and I could taste the richness of the sake.
The brewing water seems very clean!
