So, in the hot summer, we've created a Yamahai that can be drunk cold, not warmed.
We wanted to make a Yamahai that could be drunk cold. We wanted to create a sake that could be drunk cold.
It has a sweetness similar to a melon at first, then a sourness, and a moderate bitterness a little later.
The bitterness comes a little later, but it's easy to drink!
It is written on the shoulder label, "Don't heat it up! No heating!
