Today I attended a pairing party with Hyogo cheese at Oka Sake Shoten in Motomachi, Kobe.
Oka Sake Shoten is a natural pure rice sake store that only sells sake made from pesticide-free rice.
We had a lot of sake this time,
Here are two of the most impressive sakes.
The first one is Pichika.
This is a new product from Yamana Sake Brewery in Okutamba.
It is a low-alcohol sparkling sake made from pesticide-free Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture and second fermentation in the bottle.
The lid is a crown cap, so once you open it, you have to finish it. You can drink it right away, though!
Not much aroma.
The sparkling bubbles and the very fresh mogi are very refreshing.
Although it says "extra sweet," it has a refreshing sweetness that makes it a perfect light summer drink.
It's extra sweet, but it's light and refreshingly sweet, perfect for summer.
It was a refreshing and refreshing saké that overturned the image that natural saké has a strong body.
It was a refreshing taste that overturned the image of natural sake as having a strong body.
