Today, I participated in the "Meishu no Banquet" 😁.
Every year at the end of September, the Tosa Sake Brewers Association and the breweries volunteer for this event ✨.
This time, 11 breweries participated and each brewery brought a lot of good sake👍!
And all you can drink 🍶!
After the greeting by the president of the sake brewers association, we will have a toast 😊.
We also get sake for the toast from our favorite breweries👍First, we chose the Toyonoume Junmai Daiginjo-Shizuku-shu 😊.
This is delicious with a gorgeous ginjo aroma, elegant sweetness and gentle acidity 😁.
