This is a bottle from Sukumasa's March hanpukai.
This is the second bottle of yuri-brewed sake I've had.
It has a strong acidity, so it may not stick with those who don't like acidity.
Personally, I would be happy if the acidity could be reduced a little more 😆.
It's not important, but my first boss was Yuriko-san, who taught me a lot about her work ethic and how to proceed. That is the foundation of what I am doing now.
In that sense, I am also a Yuri-style 🤣.
So I feel a kinship with Yuri-shikkake 🤣.

If I were to use a sake analogy, she is like a Kido or a musical instrument, easy to get to know but good at the same time 😊.
She drinks a lot though 🤣.
