Sake by Tsubozo Sake Brewery, which is not yet registered with Sake no Wa
It seems to be a very minor brewery among Fukui sake. The address on the label is still the same as it was before the merger😅.
I'm afraid of the antenna store at KITTE 😨.
The first aroma is a little bit of a strong alty smell, but it doesn't bother me when I drink it. It has a clear, watery and gentle taste. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it, but it's delicious!
The logo on the lid is a gap from the classic label.
