The birthplace was quickly emptied and I got another bottle ‼️ This is also the first sparring I've had from my favorite Senkin. Second fermentation in the bottle is just like Champagne 😆.
I carefully opened the bottle, opening and closing the lid to avoid spilling. Pouring it into an Edo faceted glass, I found it to be nigori sake! I think putting nigori in a faceted glass spoils the beauty of the faceted glass.... I should have chosen a wine glass....
The schwashiness is milder than I expected, and not much different from the sanshin that does not call itself sparring. The taste is stable and delicious, as if it were Senkin. I saw a video of the brewer talking about it on YouTube. I don't know the details, but 🤣.
