Takatsugu
Second day of a major holiday. Kumazawa is a standard sake from the Kumazawa Sake Brewery, famous for its Tensei sake. This is actually the first time I have had it.
It is a junmai sake brewed with gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone). The sake bottle is cute and shapely. The taste is clean and refreshing, with a lingering rice flavor. I enjoyed it cold, but I have a feeling that it would be enjoyable warmed up as well.
It is a bottle that makes me want to enjoy other brands of Kumazawa Sake Brewery. Delicious. ❗️
