The store that is usually closed when I go there was open, so I went in and found a store that sold only local sake from Hyogo Prefecture, and I bought it while having a hard time with the owner.
I was wondering what other brands' mizu-hashiroshi was like, so I bought it. So we bought it.
Moreover, it is made with white malted rice (✖️) and has 17% alcohol like sake.
I can't imagine what it tastes like.
Now, I tried it ‼️
Color → The picture shows a dark kohaku color, but I may have taken the wrong picture 😅I drank a lot that day, so...
Aroma → A sweet, slightly sour aroma with a lot of lactic acidity, a nice aroma that you want to smell all the time.
Taste → delicious 🫢.
This is almost a white wine (lol).
If you are used to drinking wine, you will find it delicious, but if you are not used to drinking wine, the acidity in the second half of the taste may not suit you😅.
Again, it was quite a shocking bottle.
The label doesn't match too well and the gap is amazing 🙄.
I recommend it to wine lovers: ‼️
It was amazing to see the technical skill of the brewery to be able to produce such a great taste just by devising the sake making process 🤔.
It was another sake I learned from today 😋.
