It is Takao no Tengu Junmai Ginjo T-802 from Nagano Prefecture.
It is made entirely from rice grown in Hachioji, and is full of rice flavor, with just the right amount of acidity, bitterness, and pungency, and tastes like a well-ripened banana, if I may use an analogy.
This is definitely a repeat customer.
