The label is stylish 🐧 The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is lactic. On the palate, it has sweetness and firm acidity, with a touch of astringency in the latter half. I have paired it with pizza, potato salad, and prosciutto ham, and it is delicious with all of them. When paired with rich western food, it matches like a white wine feeling and is delicious 😊✨.
