OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024③.
Still not knowing the gist of the event, I wandered around and went next to the booth of Sakenote, LLC.
I wanted to try the sake from Muraki Grocery Store in Shiga Prefecture, which I had wanted to try from prior information.
Muraki Grocery was once run by Shigekazu Muraki as part of his town development efforts, and now his grandson has taken over the reins and will restart the business in 2021.
The following year, the shop was revived, starting with rice cultivation of sake rice "Ginfubuki" and raising funds for the revival of "Hatasho" on "CAMPFIRE".
The brewing is outsourced to Aichi Sake Brewery in Shiga Prefecture.

Junmai sake with a strong alcohol taste and a full-bodied flavor and sake-like sensation.
It is an expensive sake, costing 5,000 yen per bottle. A bit expensive😅.
