All the wine is pressed in the taphouse. 100% Yamada-Nishiki. Aso natural spring water. Brewed with Kumamoto yeast. Sweet, sweet, sweet. Fruity and pear-like. It is sweet and has a strong flavor. You can't tell it's sake even though it's 16 degrees Celsius. It is a juice. It was supposed to be a souvenir, but I ended up drinking it!
