マグロ漁船
Purchased at the Kyoto branch of Asano Sake Brewery because it was delicious after a stand-up drinking session.
This sake is made by the Ikeda Sake Brewery in the north of Kyoto. First time for me.
The aroma was a little muscat-like.
The mouthfeel is smooth with a fizzy, bubbly sensation. It is fresh.
It has a sweet atmosphere, but is very light.
The umami has a moderate thickness in relation to the aroma.
The alcohol content is 16%, but it is very easy to drink.
The aftertaste is not spicy, but very light and clean.
Is it suitable for drinking with a glass of sake?
It is fresh, light and refreshing. It seems to be popular with everyone.
It has been a while since I've had it, but I think it is similar to Sawaya-Matsumoto's Mori-Ba-ri series.
