koge2A dream collaboration between Kenryo and Takezumi. The name "Hakuden" is derived from the "Shiro" of Mr. Shirakashi of Kenryo and the "Ta" of Mr. Tajime of Takezumi.
It's a quiet, calm sake, with a mellow flavor from being aged on fire. It is a rather spicy sake. Enjoy the sake slowly and soberly.
However, it's not mature enough yet (although I don't know how much it's been aged), so it would be interesting to let it sit for a while longer. koge2A week later, it seems to have mellowed a bit. koge2After a month and a half, the flavor has increased surprisingly, and I am surprised that it tastes as good as it does.
