Nutty aroma with a sweet aroma.
The mouthfeel has a chili taste at first, and the sweet aroma is not so sweet, and the sake is refreshing despite its high alcohol content.
I drink this every year, but I think it has less umami this year.
It's dangerous, though, because it's so refreshing that you can gobble it down.
