I had a choice between fire-aged and unfiltered sake, so I went for the unfiltered sake.
Freshness, fruity aroma like green apple and sweetness of rice.
The lingering aftertaste is slow and crisp.
It was intended to be a food sake, but in a good sense, you can enjoy it without disturbing your meal.
We were able to visit the restaurant!
It was easy to choose the one you wanted to taste (for a fee).
The gallery was also nice!
