Finally opened the New Year's label!
Taste: Deep and powerful. The aftertaste recedes quickly, so it's punchy but easy to drink.
Aroma: Banana-like sweetness and Muscat-like sourness.
I've never been a fan of raw sake because of its strong acidity, but this one is very sharp and easy to drink.
It also goes well with battery dishes.
