Long time no post. This is a limited edition sake from the Fujii Shuzo brewery in Ryusei. When opening the bottle and pouring it, the sweet aroma heightened my expectations. The mouthfeel is sweet, mellow, dry, and delicious. The sake rice is Yamadanishiki.
