There are many ways to call it "Hanging Pressed," "Fukuro Hari," "Shizukutori," and "Shizukusake," but all of them are really tasty. I have high expectations for this one as well. Now, let's drink! The aroma is a clear al lactic acid. Oh, it is beautiful. The mouthfeel is mild and gentle. However, the moment it comes into contact with air, it is filled with powerful acidity and umami. The flavor is further spread by a hint of alcohol, and the aroma is clean. There is nothing fruity about this classic dry wine. There is only a hint of sweetness. Yet it is very clean and clear. Yum! The aftertaste is full of umami. But it is beautiful. Why? Is this the power of hanging? If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Lady Eboshi from "Princess Mononoke.
