The first brand I encountered and the first bottle of sake I found and purchased with an unusual bottle shape was from Ibaraki Prefecture.
The name of the brewer and the brand name were both new to me 🤗.
When poured into a sake cup, it had a subtle ginjo aroma and was a slightly dry sake with a full and crisp flavor on the palate 😋.
