Super Masa
This is the kind of sake that you will be surprised if you drink it thinking it is sake. As the brewer says, "I want you to enjoy it with your senses." It is interesting to try it by losing the image of sake in your mind and drinking it on a zero-based basis. Personally, I thought it would go well with yakiniku (barbecued meat) in the same way as Shaoxing sake.
