I got a bottle of Nouveau 2025 again this year.
Last year's was spicy, but this year's is sweeter with a bit of bitterness.
Delicious.

This is the first time I've seen this year's Nouveau from Fukunishiki 😳Fukunishiki itself is hard to find and it has a zodiac sign label! It's also a good omen to be able to drink it every year😊.
