A glass of wine from an acquaintance of mine at Niigata Daiichi Sake Brewery in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, "Koshinoro" (Ango Label Junmai Ginjo Freshly Pressed Raw Sake).
The best part about this sake is that it is made with spring water from the premises of the Daitouzan Museum of Art, which is associated with the great writer Ango Sakaguchi.
