This is the second bottle I purchased at the Kanagawa brewery I visited the other day.
I chose Soga no Homare because I had never had it before.
I found out later that it is brewed using the four-stage brewing method.
It has a subtle aroma of rice. As the description says, it has a crisp, dry flavor. But there is no alcohol-like stimulation.
It's also good warmed up. The aroma and umami are more pronounced when the sake is warmed up to the highest temperature.
Slightly old-fashioned.
