A Ponshukan limited edition sake that brings out the best of "Gohyakumangoku" sake rice, which has been widely used in Niigata for centuries. It is a clean and calm sake. I am a sucker for the word "limited," so I jumped on it. I believe that the sake brewing process is completed through the involvement of professionals in various processes, and this sake embodies the goodness of having Ponshukan as a brewery. I hope that Ponshukan will continue to promote various things related to sake in the future.
