I chose Nihonmatsu sake from the same Nakadori area. The label is stylish and not sake-like✨.
Iodine aroma, looks and tastes like plum wine, full-bodied, sweet and sour. I've never seen a sake with a sake rating of minus 84 💦 It has some acidity, so it's sweeter and cleaner than the number.
It's a great after-dinner sip with cheese or fruit 🎵.
