I ordered a set of six bottles of Junmai Daiginjo at Belluna, where I always order wine. It says to drink them according to the day of the week, but I ignored that and drank them in order.
Today's Yanagi seems to go well with sweet boiled fish, but I'll have it with tuna sashimi.
The sake has a 4.5 sake content, but it feels sweet. The alcohol is strong and a little tart.
The price is right.
