At Yamashiro Onsen spa.
There were many other things to choose from, and I was torn to death, but I was attracted by the Koshihikari preparation and bought this one (**ω`*).
It is a dry and refreshing sake, but it has a strong sour taste, which is somewhat strange.
I have the impression that it is a type that shows its true value when served with food.
I would like to drink it with fish dishes.
