けむとうさん
Hitachi City is Osonoe, original sake by Kozonoe Shoji. Brewed by Shiina Shuzo of Tomikushin. One square bottle costs 1,600 yen.
I recently purchased some sake from Osonoe and the owner, a big fan of the store, told me that he really wanted me to try it once.
It has a full-bodied, deep flavor due to its slightly higher alcohol content of 15-16 degrees. It is a completely different sake from the brewer Shiina Shuzo's Fukushin. I am sorry for the expression, but Manka is like "sake with a wild taste"?
So, I added a little kabosu, which I thought was a bad idea but was having trouble finding a use for. It turned out to be an easy-drinking sake!
I enjoy it cold, but I think it would go better with "hot sake". It's September now, but maybe I should try heating it up?
