The proprietress is from Awaji Island and she made this sake to go with the food at Minokichi, a Kyoto restaurant that has been around since the Edo period. It is a very delicious sake. It is the best match for food. It made me realize that there really is an affinity between food and sake. After all, craftsmen are amazing. It is a very good sake.
