This time we were served Gisuke by Toyosawa Shuzo, one of the Nara Sake breweries. Aizan's unfiltered junmai ginjo.., Muroka Jungin, Aaiyama❣️ Gisuke Jungin, Aaiyama❤️ It feels good to chant after a long time (๑˃˃˃)=3 Gisuke is minor in Japan (no sakewa registered), but a moderately excellent one: ☝️ It is a little sweet, but overall it is refreshing and has a low alcohol content. You can also taste the umami of rice and it is good as a food sake 😋. There is also an Omachi version and a Yamadanishiki version, so let's compare them sometime 😙.
