A sake brewery I stopped by before going to Kakunodate.
I was looking it up on Google and found it on my route.
I decided to drop in on a whim.
A sake brewery with a quaint atmosphere.
I heard they offer a tour of the brewery, but I didn't have time, so I passed on it!
The taste of the sake was....
Sake like sparkling wine
Still, you can smell the sake aroma at the end!
Of course, it's sake...
It's only 500ml, so it's not enough to drink.
It's 8% alcohol, but you can drink it like juice!
