The brewery is Nara Toyosawa Shuzo. I had already had Toyoshuku and Hyakugakumon several times, but was surprised to find that the taste was completely different from them. As one would expect from an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, it had a fresh, white grape-like mouthfeel with a slight carbonation. It was a very refreshing sake, and I felt that I could continue drinking it without snacks as I never got tired of drinking it.
