The second and last brewery in Yamaguchi trip to Hagi was also the first brewery, Yachiyo by Yachiyo Shuzo!
This time it was Junmai Ginjo!

First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you get the impression that it is very light.
It is very beautiful! It is very beautiful!
It has a gentle, fresh, slightly sweet taste and then a bitter taste, but the gentle, clean watery feeling in between is very pleasing.
The umami flavor comes out when served with a meal, so it's great with a meal!
Tomorrow, we will be renting a car again, so I will leave the tasting to my wife, but we are planning to visit several breweries, so I hope to enjoy it!
