I got a doozy of a set of 10 daiginjos from Bellew XX!
The first of them is a sake from Niigata, "Unzen".
Compared to the previous Shiratake Daiginjo, it had less of a gorgeous aroma and more of a sake like alcohol. It was not harsh and easy to drink, but it was a very orthodox sake.
