Tonight, my wife prepared oden and I chose bartoks 😊.
It's a junmai sake but surprisingly fruity, the rice flavor and sweetness are gentle 😊.
I drank it cold, but when paired with oden, the oden flavor is enhanced: ☝️
Combined with its smoothness, it is a sake that makes you want to drink it slowly... 😊.
This is... a delicious sake 😁.

Jay & Nobby, good morning 😊Sake is the best choice for oden with oden ☝️ there is a sake from Fushimi, Kyoto called "Kuen-drop" 😊warm sake looks good too 😁 try it if you can find it 😆.
