Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka (15)
Kinkazan" booth.
Mr. Bouken had been curious about this booth for a long time and wanted to come as soon as possible.
Mr. Shoji Adachi, the fifth generation of the brewery, is the sole brewer of sake, from making the yeast, to pressing, to bottling.
Kinkasan is the name of the mountain where Gifu Castle is located, and we took a ropeway up to the halfway point.
Kinkazan Sokyu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Tatsu
Kinkazan Sokyu is a very rustic sake, with a heavy, heavy flavor, and Bouken-san said it had an off-flavor.... It seems to have some kind of aroma.
Kinkazan Nakakumi Junmai Nama-Nagahara Sake
The note says it was rich and robust, but I don't think it left much of an impression.
I went to the food booth to fill my stomach.
About 3 people in front of me in line, I was told they were out of stock💦.
I asked bouken in the next booth to buy the same thing for me.
