Kinkazan Sokyu Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Tatsu
Polishing ratio 55%, Hidahomare, Sake strength 0
It's sweet and tasty, but there are some off-flavors that bother me.
Kinkazan Nakakumi-Junmai Nama-no-Nama-Shu Tatsu
Polishing ratio 60% Hidahomare, Sake meter value +7
Solid taste.
