Every year I buy only Shiboritate at the New Sake Festival, but this year I also bought Nigori (nigori) sake. I opened the bottle slowly, feeling the danger before I even opened it, but it was so fizzy that it overflowed a little.
It was a nice cloudy sake, and the first sip was spicy, but refreshing. But it was refreshing.
I thought nigori sake was sweet, but I was wrong.
