This is a special label Daiginjo for Father's Day.
It is a sake to express our gratitude.
We are grateful for it.
It has the aromatic taste of Daiginjo, and it goes down the throat easily. We feel it is easy to match with food.
Today, because of the cold weather, we are enjoying it with hot tofu, ray-finned fish, and iburi-gakko cream cheese.
