The original brand "Tou" follows "O" from Gonoi Sake Brewery in Aizu Sakashita-cho. This one is brewed by Toyokuni Shuzo. Both Akebono Shuzo and Toyokuni Shuzo, as well as Hiroki Shuzo, are about a two-minute walk from Gonoi Shuzo.
It is an active nigori, but the effervescence is gentle. The taste is slightly sweet.
