Excellent. Good balance. Strong umami. Dry. So far, it is made with yeast No. 1901. The image of Yamazaru has changed a lot.

The fourth brewery at the Iida Shuten Gokuraku Kai was Nagayama Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The first glass was a limited distribution Drank Monkey🐒 Light, refreshing, and easy to drink👍very different from the heavy impression of Yamazaru.
