We are drinking a gift box containing several kinds of sake like a drinking comparison set, little by little.
I didn't know there was one in this size.
The back of this Chimera says that it is made from three types of koji (white, black, and yellow).
Taking a sip, the aroma is indescribably mysterious. It comes with an exquisite acid balance and a sharp taste.
Incidentally, they also blend three types of yeast, Association No. 77, No. 6, and No. 10, but the awesomeness of that is completely lost on me💦.
I drank it while thinking that this complex, beautiful acidity and mysterious aroma were the result of that.
I realized that I am a sorry sake drinker whose lack of knowledge prevents me from matching the information with the taste 😅.
