ケイ・ナーガ
Local Nagasaki sake after a long time. We bought it at Yoshida sake shop. As I heard that it has a strong sweetness, it is sweet, but the aroma is mellow and the aftertaste is refreshing. It also has a sour taste, similar to ramune. I tried drinking it in a wine glass according to the description on the label, and the aroma was more intense and tasty. Although it is a fire-retarded sake, it has a fresh taste like unpasteurized sake. It's delicious. I would like to try the other SILVER series.
