Dai
It seems to be a limited edition sake🍶 from Kinko's Shuzo, which brews Kamo Kanehide, and is only available at local supermarkets.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, a greefy acidity and bitterness on the palate, and a gentle, clean sweetness like wasanbon at the base. The sweetness and bitterness gradually fade out in the aftertaste.
It is very easy to drink and seems to go well with western food 😊.
