It is a rare unpasteurized sake from Houraisen and is said to be limited to 500 bottles. When you drink it, the mellow aroma spreads in your mouth. It also smells good when it goes down your throat. I've had many Houraisen, such as Sora and Maka, but this is my first experience. The world of sake is still wide.

It's so expensive that people tend to shy away from it😅.
Sora and Mādhi are both pretty much my favorite 😋.

Hello 🙇 takeshon-san, the izakaya run by one of my seniors from school regularly stocks Houraisen, so I've experienced most of it there lol.
Houraisen is very easy to drink even as a raw sake👍.
